As founders, operators, and HR practitioners, we have written the brief, shortlisted the candidates, made the wrong hire, and felt it for 18 months. SignScout was built because we knew exactly what a great hiring partner should feel like, and how rarely we found one.
Our Origin
Born From 20 Years of Watching Hiring Go Wrong.
Between our founding team, we have worked across HR, marketing, and business operations, inside startups, growth-stage companies, and organisations at scale. We have seen the cost of a bad CXO hire. We have felt a team stall because a key role stayed open for five months. We have watched founders settle because the search firm sent 30 CVs and called it a shortlist.
We built this remotely before we built it together, three people from different worlds, long before SignScout had a name.
SignScout exists for the founder who needs a hiring partner that actually understands their business, not just their JD.
We are part of the MadSign Media group, which means we don't just recruit marketers and operators in theory, we build and run growth teams ourselves.
